Who operates My Luxe Backyard
My Luxe Backyard is a trading name of Navarro Living LLC, a company registered in the United States and headquartered at 550 Marketplace Blvd #1211, Hamilton, New Jersey 08691. We are the retailer of record for every product listed on this site: we select the pergolas, gazebos, patio furniture, fire pits, saunas, and cold plunges we sell, we process every order directly, and we stand behind every purchase through our own customer support team.
We are not a marketplace and we do not resell listings on behalf of unrelated third-party sellers. My Luxe Backyard sources its catalog from established outdoor living manufacturers and authorized distributors, then handles storage, order fulfillment, payment processing, and customer service ourselves, under the Navarro Living LLC entity shown at checkout and on your receipt.
We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States only, and do not yet serve Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations outside the United States. If that changes, this page and our Shipping Policy will be updated to reflect it.
The backyard was always the most overlooked room in the house
We started My Luxe Backyard after noticing the same pattern in home after home: a living room full of thought and a backyard left as an afterthought, a slab of concrete or a patch of grass nobody used. We wanted to change that, one pergola, sauna, and fire pit at a time.
My Luxe Backyard exists to make the outdoor half of your home feel as intentional as the indoor half. That means being genuinely selective about what we carry: every pergola, gazebo, patio set, fire pit, sauna, and cold plunge on this site is chosen for its build quality, its weather resistance, and whether it would hold up to years of real use, not just a good product photo.
Because we deal directly with manufacturers and authorized distributors rather than drop-shipping from unknown sources, we can speak plainly about materials, dimensions, assembly requirements, and warranty terms for everything we sell. If a product doesn't meet our standard for durability or clear documentation, it doesn't make it onto the site.
We're a small, focused team. That's a deliberate choice: it lets us answer your questions directly instead of routing you through a call center, and it means the person who replies to your warranty claim or shipping question actually knows the product catalog.
We're early in our journey as a retailer, and we're upfront about that. What we bring instead of decades of history is careful sourcing, transparent policies, and a genuine reason for existing: giving people a real, usable reason to spend time in their own backyard.

Shipping across the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship free within the Continental United States, with tracking provided on every shipment. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Full carrier timelines, freight-item handling, and delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and manufacturer warranty
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Separately, most products carry manufacturer-backed warranty coverage against defects, detailed on each product page and explained in full on our Warranty & Warranty Disclaimer Policy.
