What we sell, and how each category works
We are an independent retailer of outdoor living products. We source items from established manufacturers and authorized distributors and are not the manufacturer of any product unless a product page specifically states otherwise. Because our catalog includes structures, heating appliances, and electrical equipment, the terms below explain what applies to each category.
Pergolas & Gazebos
Aluminum, steel, and wood-grain frame structures, including louvered and retractable-canopy models. These ship as flat-packed kits requiring on-site assembly by the customer or a contractor of your choosing.
Patio Furniture Sets
Rattan, wicker, and conversation sets, including configurations with an integrated fire pit table. Dimensions, piece counts, and cushion colors are listed on each product page.
Fire Pits
Both wood-burning and propane-fueled models. Propane units require a compatible tank, which is not included, and must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's manual and your local fire code.
Saunas
Barrel-style wet/dry and steam saunas in various capacities. Electric models are ETL certified and must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical code; this is the customer's responsibility.
Cold Plunges
Ice bath tubs sold both as a standalone tub and as a tub-plus-chiller unit. Chiller units require a nearby electrical outlet and should be set up in accordance with the included manual.
Delivery Method
Smaller items ship via standard parcel carrier. Large or heavy items, including gazebos, saunas, and cold plunges, may ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery, as noted on the product page.

Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will contact you before charging or shipping your order, and you may cancel at no cost.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Discount codes and promotional pricing are valid only for the dates and conditions stated and cannot be combined unless expressly noted at checkout.
Order Acceptance & Availability

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming we received your order. This confirms receipt only; your order is accepted once we confirm it has shipped or is being prepared for freight delivery.
Product Availability
Listing a product does not guarantee stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund or offer a comparable substitute at your choice.
Right to Decline an Order
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or an address outside our Continental U.S. shipping area, and will notify you if this happens.
Shipping & Delivery
Where and how we ship
We currently sell and ship exclusively to addresses within the Continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international addresses. We do not offer in-store pickup, as we do not operate a physical retail location.
Estimated processing and transit times, carrier information, and freight delivery details for large items such as gazebos, saunas, and cold plunges are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Please review it before ordering an item that requires freight delivery, as these shipments typically require an adult to be present to receive the item.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, except where a freight shipment requires signature confirmation, in which case risk passes upon delivery to the address you provided.

Assembly & Installation
Structures such as pergolas and gazebos, and furniture sets, generally require self-assembly using the included instructions. Electric saunas must be installed by a licensed electrician, and propane fire pits must be connected and used in accordance with the manufacturer's manual and your local fire code. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, or use outside the manufacturer's instructions.
